NEWS: International Racer Chooses Coventry As Her First Destination

With just weeks to go until Australia tackle Team GB in the three match test series, Australian International Kayleigh Clarke used Coventry as her training ground in preparation for the biggest meeting on the Cycle Speedway calendar.

Clarke, who landed on Tuesday morning, made the 24 hour journey from South Australia and raced in the M6 GP which included fellow Aussie compatriot Bobby McMillan.

Racing against some of the Midland’s finest Cycle Speedway talent, Clarke raced respectably and got some good track time in preparation for the Women’s test series.

One of Clarke’s main rivals for the GB vs Australia test series, Sammie Marsh, was also in action on Wednesday night. Marsh rode well and even led both Myke Grimes and Dominik Rycharski in one of her qualifying heats.
